Working along Gale Lane to plant some power-line approved trees! We are super excited about the new sidewalk on Gale between 12 Ave South and Belmont Blvd. We have already seen it being used by so many people. It is awesome to start adding some trees to the mix. These trees will help buffer traffic from the side walk and provide shade in the summer. This shade will not only cool things down in summer to make it more walker friendly by filtering direct sunlight it will actually prevent reflective heat from the sun bouncing off the pavement and asphalt. Huge thanks to the Belmont Animal Hospital for their donation to help plant these trees!
