Today we planted 59 Trees at 17 homes with incredible volunteer help from 21 employees from ServiceSource. Redbud, Swamp White Oak, and Red Maple trees will help shade AC units and eventually the west side of homes lowering homeowners' energy consumption by providing shade. Plum and Pear fruit trees continue to expand the growing SmartYards Nashville City Wide Fruit Orchard. Red Oak and Redbud Trees were planted along waterways to provide riparian restoration! Thanks everyone at ServiceSource for being part of the SoundForest.org Volunteer InfanTREE. Huge thanks to Samantha from Hands On Nashville for all fo the help organizing this event. Big thanks to Mike and to Bill Davis for their leadership. See More Photos!
